GUIDED VIRTUAL PROGRAM
Six weeks of follow-along speed training for athletes — built on the same technique, breathing, and visualization system we use with our in-person athletes. You film. We review. The athlete gets faster.
Once your program is purchased, you will receive an email requesting information regarding your training goal so that we may send your customized program.
Speed is a skill. We coach it.
No Equipment Needed
30-40 min per session 3x per week
How It Works
Follow along-Three 30-40 minute sessions a week on a flat training surface, with the right volumes for youth to adult.
Film checkpoints- At weeks 2,4 and 6, the athlete films short clips. Five minutes with a phone
Get coached- Coach Corey or Coach Lorraine reviews the film and sends back a personal video breakdown. Coaching, not content.

-
Each exercise comes with instructional video explaining the ‘why’ and ‘how.
-
You submit a video of your sprinting either from training or competition (no matter the sport). We analyze and provide specific feedback on what is going well and how to address areas to improve.
-
Our training language is not “one size fits all” Instruction is customized to age and level of experience.
-
All you need is 20-30 yards of flat surface, a phone for our check-ins and we take care of the rest.
$150- one payment, full six weeks. Two athletes? Ask about sibling rate.
OUR PROMISE
If your athlete completes the sessions as written — 3 days a week for 6 weeks — they will be measurably faster at the end than they were at the start.
You'll see it in the progress tracker. They'll feel it in competition. This is the same system that put hundreds of our athletes on varsity and college rosters. It works for the same reason it always has- correct technique, consistent work, appropriate loading.
FAQs
What ages?
1
Athletes 10+. Every session shows youth and older athletes volumes, so siblings can train together.
Equipment?
2
None. 20-30 yards of a flat training surface plus a phone for checkpoints.
How is this different from YouTube drills?
3
Real six-week progression instead of a random playlist- and a real coach reviews your athlete’s film three times. Content shows drills. Coaching fixes them.
When can we start?
